Car Now Acceptance Company ( CNAC ) is the exclusive finance provider for Byrider, the nations largest used car sales and finance franchise. Byrider and CNAC work together to provide automotive financing for buyers with limited or challenging credit history. Our joint program aims to provide the right automotive financing for a car that meets the buyer's needs at a payment they can afford.

CNAC is currently seeking to fill a new opening in our Opelika office.

The role of collections manager has two primary responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Finance Manager in making lending decisions by meeting one-on-one with auto loan applicants and assessing applicants ability to repay future debts.
• Collecting on new customer loan accounts by making regular daily contact attempts by phone, on line, or in person.

We are looking for applicants with

• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
• Some college experience preferred but not required
• A minimum of 6 months prior experience in collections, rent to own, leasing, consumer finance, banking, pay day title lending or similarly related field

And most importantly, we are seeking applicants who are

• Trustworthy, kind, and courteous
• Able to listen and provide solutions
• Well organized and able to finish assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Able to work a five day, 44 hour work week including evening hours and Saturdays
