Rewards for Collections Representative:
- Up to $20.00 per hour based on experience

Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio & the credit advancement of our customers
- Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
- Team with other members of Consumer Finance & Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Hours For Collections Representative:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Saturdays 9-5
- Work schedule during the week (9-5:30 or 10-7)
- OT opportunity with OT pay for any hours worked over 40
Collections Representative Requirements:
- Some collections or customer retention experience preferred
- Able to work the hours listed
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
Collections Representative Experience:
- Rent-to-own collections
- Title loan collections
- Cash advance/payday loan collections
- First-party collections (student loan, credit card)
- Automotive collections
- Customer retention
- Related collections experience
