If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to learn the commercial side of insurance and to join our team! The Commercial Property & Casualty Producer is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new Commercial accounts. Individual will demonstrate their passion for sales by achieving/exceeding specific sales goals and service responsibilities as determined during the yearly planning process. If you have the skills, we will teach out the industry!

The income range for this role is $80,000 to $150,000 with commission and bonus. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package that includes health benefits and 401(k).

Essential Job Functions

• Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate markets
• Responds to referrals quickly and effectively
• Pre-qualifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk
• Creates and maintains client of prospect lists
• Designs insurance plans and recommends coverage to clients
• Completes and submits applications and related documentation
• Delivers policies to clients
• Referrals are the best way to grow
