Job Requirements:

McGuireWoods is seeking qualified candidates with 2 to 5 years of Commercial Litigation experience, with a preference for those with Antitrust or Government Investigations/White Collar experience. A qualified candidate should expect a practice focused on class action and commercial litigation as well as civil antitrust litigation and criminal antitrust investigations. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm experience is preferred. Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
