Commercial Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all onsite operations to ensure work is being performed in compliance with Contract Documents, on schedule and within budget.
• Procure and order all materials for self-performed work.
• Manage scope and work of work and Trade Partners
• Assist in the management and adherence of the CPM schedule and provide accurate weekly forecast schedules
• Prepare comprehensive project staging plans and gain requisite approvals
• Lead all pre-installation conferences to ensure all parties understand the requirements of the contract and related documents.
• Schedule all inspections and ensure that all requisite permits are in place prior to the commencement of all relevant phases of the work.
• Coordinate trades to ensure they each have the necessary paperwork and documents to perform their scope of work.
• Safety Reporting including: Daily Field Manager Safety Checklist, Incident Report, Execution of Project Specific Hazard Communication Plan, Property / Site Safety Investigation Report, Review Emergency Evacuation Plan, Field Staff Self Inspection, Noise Compliance Checklist, Lock-Out / Tag-Out Checklist, PPE Daily Checklist, Power and Hand Tool Safety Checklist, Crane Safety Checklist, Notice of Trade Partner Health and Safety Non-Compliance, Project Kick-Off Safety Checklist and Site Signage Package

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
