We are searching for an experienced Commercial Systems Administrator.
South Bend, Indiana 46601

Essential Function

Responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems used to support commercial lending.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

1. Actively resolve problems and issues with software systems to limit work disruptions within the commercial lending function.

2. Build and maintain reports within the Baker Hill Nextgen system to support management objectives and regulatory compliance.

3. Build and maintain document templates within the Laser Pro loan documentation system to enhance support new product types and loan structures.

4. Conduct research to identify and implement solutions to continuously improve and support the IT business needs of the commercial lending function.

5. Prepare monthly covenant monitoring reports and collaborate with management to properly address instances of non-compliance.

6. Verify borrowing base certificates and supporting documentation when received and collaborate with relationship managers and borrowers to resolve instances of deficit availability.

7. Prepare monthly borrowing base monitoring reports.

8. Prepare additional monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as needed by management.

9. Prepare financial statement spreads using Baker Hill Nextgen spreading software to maintain end-user experience with the software while also assisting the credit analyst team with workflow.

10. Prepare commercial loan documents using Laser Pro documentation software to maintain end-user experience while also assisting the commercial processing team with workflow.

11. Update and maintain HMDA reporting data throughout the year and collaborate with Mortgage Department team members at year end to ensure regulatory compliance.

12. Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

13. Participates in civic activities to promote growth and development of the community and a positive image for the Credit Union.

14. Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.

Accountability

  • Responsible for protecting the Credit Union’s assets.
  • Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor.
  • Accountable for understanding and applying government laws and regulations and TCU policies and procedures relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US PATRIOT ACT and OFAC.


Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Two to five years of commercial lending experience preferred.
  • Must have familiarity with commercial loan management and documentation software
