Impact you will make

This role executes on the strategy, direction, and vision for the FinThrive’s Commercial team training and development. It serves as the architect of the onboarding and ongoing learning curriculums for each FinThrive commercial team role. The role collaborates deeply with Commercial leadership to understand the capability profile(s) required, ultimately manifesting in greater sales effectiveness and contribution to revenue growth. In order to deliver those outcomes, the role also brings expertise in adult learning and B2B sales. The position also communicates the quantifiable results of its own function in order to ensure performance is on track with objectives as well as to define continuous improvement opportunities.

What you will do

  • Direct the design of the learning curriculum for the commercial teams by leveraging deep expertise in adult learning principles and B2B software sales
  • Facilitate the publication and maintenance of the curriculum’s resources within the nThrive enterprise LMS and Technology Training Hub (SharePoint)
  • Develop onboarding curriculum for new sales colleagues
  • Lead the coordination and program management of all educational content for National Sales Meeting (Highly visible role at National Sales Meeting to ensure effectiveness of education)
  • Ensure commercial team curriculums support the sales plays defined by the leadership
  • Collaborate on the design of commercial team capability profiles with HR; defines success qualities for each role to inform recruiting efforts
  • Recommend methods to enhance key commercial player retention
  • Suggest performance management methods to strengthen under performers
  • Monitor trends in industry that could impact sales skills
  • Create and facilitate the publication of the learning assets that relate to the domains this position advises on; facilitates their publication to the LMS
  • Identify and manage the development of learning assets that involve FinThrive SMEs and require complex learning asset features
  • Interface closely with the Sales Enablement team to coordinate a cohesive approach to the FinThrive sales collateral and commercial talent development resources

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience proven training and development experience, with demonstrated proficiency in designing training and development principles and best practices
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing sales training in the B2B industry selling software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in LMS management, basic learning content creation tools, instructional design principles, needs assessment administration and learning evaluation
  • Analytical skills to discern results and synthesis of those findings to executives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence decision making in a team environment
  • Executive presence and communicate at all levels of the organization, including the C-Suite
  • Solid proficiency in core Microsoft Office products (Word / Excel / SharePoint / PPT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
