Job Description Strength in project planning and management. Must have ability to create, manage, coordinate and execute multiple communication plans, and the production and publication processes that may accompany them. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, active listening, persuasive oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Proven communications, consultative, planning and execution abilities. Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style and collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity. Develop and manage the coordination of multiple projects and focus on communications outcomes to drive engagement. Content planning, creation of communication plans, and timeline management of projects such as Magnet, Journey to Excellence, and other nursing focused initiatives. Interacts effectively with all levels of health system personnel. Demonstrates understanding of audience dynamics and tailors delivery to achieve objectives among varied audiences. Conveys confidence, clarity and transparency in communications with stakeholders and leaders.

Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses: Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, or English.

Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise in creating and executing communications strategies based upon business objectives. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications with strong attention to detail. Must have strong skills in technical and conceptual writing, editing, proofreading, and managing article submissions to ensure deadlines are met. Strength in project planning and management.
