Well established and award winning Non-Medical Home Care agency in Glendale looking for experienced community liaison person to generate more referrals.

We are looking for an energetic team member who has demonstrable referral sources and has a long term goal to achieve higher in the home care industry.

Responsibilities of the position are:

(a) Identify and develop growth opportunities and developed strategies to increase market share from all potential avenues;

(b) Develop and manage relationships with potential client referral partners and other healthcare professionals in the community;

(c) Generate new client referrals and meet assigned sales targets;

(d) Conduct in-service and presentation to all potential referral sources;

(e) Coordinate required information for successful intake.

(f) Must record all sales activities and expenses into the company’s systems;

Necessary Skills:

Must have at least 3 years of similar job experience with verifiable professional references.

Organizational skills (must be super-organized) ; Computer skills (Microsoft office, excel, email)

All employees will need to be background checked and drug tested.
