First Nations Community HealthSource has openings for Community Outreach Workers. The Community Outreach Workers will work as an integrated team to conduct street and community outreaches to assist individuals who are not housed or at risk of losing housing, link clients to care, work with community partners, and complete program’s clinical and administrative requirements. Flexible work schedule, including evening and weekends required. HS/GED and clean driving record and ability to pass criminal background and drug test required. Prior experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
