Responsibilities Include:
Assists in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs with a focus on diversity, equity and include as well as pay equity.
Participate in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and makes data driven recommendations that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and strategic objectives.
Provide complex, non-routine analytical, technical, and operational support for the HR team by leveraging data from various sources. Maintain data integrity and audit Compensation related data, ensuring data usability/reliability.
Recommends and assists in the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans. Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
Research and gather business information for relevant compensation projects to complete complex analyses to support business needs.
Influence decision-making by providing analysis, recommendations, consultation, and advice to management.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Experience
Required- 3 - 5 years: Human Resource, specifically in Compensation. Financial industry a plus.
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Business or related field
- Bachelors or better
