The Compliance Consulting Analyst works collaboratively with others in Professional Services to assist in developing and delivering compliance solutions to financial institutions. The Compliance Consulting Analyst works at the direction of senior members of professional services to assist in coordinating, developing and delivering tailored compliance solutions. The Compliance Consulting Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the successful development, delivery and launching of new enhanced compliance consulting services. The Compliance Consulting Analyst will demonstrate general knowledge of regulatory requirements governing financial institutions; proven ability to effectively research, analyze and apply compliance knowledge to customer specific solutions. The Compliance Consulting Analyst will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on specified services by drawing from and applying WKFS intellectual property, industry standard best practices and intrinsic knowledge and skill set in accordance with WKFS corporate strategies, policies and procedures. May serve as the coordinator on standard deployment of WKFS programs e.g. Expere, Doc Prep, Medici, Core Software. Assists with project planning and guidance as needed to compliance resources assigned to various projects. Assists in developing and maintaining effective cross training and new hire training programs to include the following: High level overview life-cycle of the engagement presales through go-live customer support transition Tools templates required Cheat sheets that identify tools access for project tasks Internal points of contact for additional assistance Sample deliverables Inputs throughputs outputs - how to do what you do phased training. Task level proficiency that builds to project level proficiency. Mock assignments: use to determine mastery review retrain etc. Assists program managers with defining enhancing methodologies to be deployed on various service opportunities including leveraging WKFS IP in new and appropriate ways. Participates in meetings with internal and external customers to assess emerging market and or customer opportunities and provides detailed analysis of opportunities, risks and approaches. Customer management leadership. Works collaborative and effectively with others on project. Effectively performs compliance related tasks and deliverables as assigned by program project management, resource managers and or compliance leads to meet customer needs and project schedule. Works collaboratively with project team to complete work within scope, schedule and budget. Works collaboratively with the project team to bring increased productivity to the organization by leveraging the depth and breadth of their experience to improve existing offerings as well as developing new opportunities. Assists in providing service recovery to customers and executives in project and topical areas of expertise. Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers Understands and articulates customer business objectives, requirements and expected outcomes.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
