About This Role:
K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR , which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.

An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Responsible for monitoring playing and practice seasons including time management plans, season declarations, practice logs (countable and required activities), dates of competition and travel itineraries.
Assist in monitoring Awards & Benefits legislation including managing student-athlete complimentary admissions for home and away events, distributing and reviewing student-athlete forms, and managing student-athlete dining hall ("performance table") registration and billing.
Assist in rules education efforts including and football game day operations and serve as the Teamworks liaison.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree at time of application
Six months to two years of experience working in NCAA Division I or II athletics compliance
Experience using LSDBi and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software
Working knowledge of NCAA Bylaws
Experience making independent, informed, and decisive decisions in a demanding work environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree at time of application
One to two years of full-time experience working in NCAA Division I athletics
Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules
Experience using ARMS and Teamworks software systems

Other Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Salary Rate / Pay Rate:
$35,600 to $40,800
