Job description

The role of Compliance Manager encompasses three divisions of the business: legal & regulatory, financial & banking, human resources.

Specifically, the primary duties of the Compliance Manager include:

• Assisting the Vice President of Compliance in maintaining the company’s regulatory relationships with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
• Regularly auditing the company’s network of operations to ensure they are always in compliance with all applicable city, county, state and federal regulations and codes.
• Ensuring that systems are in place, and overseen, to constantly improve the company’s compliance standards and processes.
• To ensure that any product leaving the facility passes a pre-shipping compliance checklist.
• To assist the Vice President of Compliance in ensuring that all employees are up-to-date with their legal documentation, training and certifications.
• To make employees feel heard and listened to while creating a formal process to catalog employee feedback, concerns, etc.
• To ensure that all duties of the office are performed in good faith.
• To perform additional job duties as assigned.
