Position: Computer System Analyst/Helpdesk Technician
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Associate VP of Technology
FSLA: Salary Exempt

Job Responsibilities:
System Analyst Function:
- Support for end users and end users access.
- Support for computer applications.
- Support for distant learners.
- Reviewing data and trends associated with the implementation of online learning.
- Database Support.
Helpdesk Function
- Hardware and software installation
- Coordinator for helpdesk system
- Rectifying campus support issues with networking (wired and wireless)
- Moving of equipment.
- Answering phones and directing I.T. support traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or related field. Associates degree will be considered with 3 to 5 years of experience in information technology support.
- Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience is Microsoft office application and Microsoft operation system.
- Proven ability to learn, understand and utilize new software programs quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and gives attention to detail.
- Ability to lift a minimum 50.
