Remote Concierge

Hotel guest liaison; must ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; information agent for area activities/events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor Alice and concierge email for Stein Eriksen Lodge, Chateaux, and Stein Residences.
• Fill Pending requests in Alice by contacting restaurants and vendors in a timely manner.
• Send Pre-Arrival emails to guests.
• Maintain concierge logs, ticket requests, and local information in Alice
• Respond to general email inquiries.
• Potential to take phone calls from home’
• Provide electronic copies of recommendations, grocery lists, other information as requested by guests.
• Provide summary reports of vendor usage and transportation volume as requested by management.
• Communicate with onsite concierge to ensure guests are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Maintain and share vendor changes with concierge and management when necessary.
• Abide by Forbes standards and help ensure highest levels of service at all properties.
• Assist concierge management on related items as needed.
