Shift(s): Sunday-Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What does a Concierge at Ponte Palmero do?

• Oversee front desk and greet guests
• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate
• Taking upwards of 20-50 resident meal orders daily in addition to follow through of completion
• Resident work order data entry using TELS
• Transportation appointment entry and communication
• Radio or walkie communication to care staff as needed for resident assistance
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

What do you need to be a Concierge?

• High school diploma/GED required
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
