We are currently looking for self-motivated professional housekeepers to join our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and truly cares about doing their job the right way and the way we require. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, who are willing to train and learn our methods, and who will consistently follow our required checklist for cleaning. We want to have the cleanest properties on the island for our vacation rental guests. Responsibilities/Requirements:

* Complete paid training with our company to learn our cleaning standards, methods, and requirements. Additional training will be required periodically.

* Clean to our high standards by following our required methods and required cleaning checklist.

* Identify and report all maintenance issues in properties via our maintenance/housekeeping app.

* Use our housekeeping app to check into properties for cleaning, communicate with support staff, and check out of cleanings.

* Be courteous and kind to other staff members, guests, and anyone you interact with while working at properties managed by Alabama Getaway.

* Ability to work independently or at times, with others.

* Good time management skills.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to learn and use required housekeeping/maintenance apps.

* Reliable transportation.

* Weekend work is mandatory in busy season.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
