Construction – Sales Estimator
Once in office training is complete, WFH opportunities may be available
As Construction Sales Estimator, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Joining a specialty construction subcontractor
- Supporting bidding, quoting and estimating processes
- Collaborating with project management teams
- Collecting project information from customers
- Reviewing project specifications
- Using information to determine material requirements
- Soliciting quotes from vendors for required materials
- Preparing project quotes
- Upholding quality and compliance standards
- Maintaining manual and electronic project files
- Performing other duties as assigned
Up to $95,000 to start plus annual bonus and full company-sponsored benefits
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Estimating experience
With:
- Bluebeam Software experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A Bachelor's Degree
