POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Constructions Site Coordinator is responsible for visual inspections and documentation of required logs with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors. This position will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly rounds, and assist security with monitoring and identifying site disruptions and construction abnormalities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Maintain clean construction site golf carts.
- Create and input service ticket in to current and future Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS.)
- Monitor and record fuel deliveries to project site
- Provide tours for various guest visiting Fontainebleau construction job site
- Coordinate various tasks at request of leadership for Howard Hughes Building
- Monitor all sub-contractors performing construction maintenance regarding all systems
- Respond to any construction related emergency situations, with responsibility to escalate and/or inform sub-contractors, security, and facilities department
- Provide daily detailed shift reports of tasks completed and abnormalities observed
- Conduct visual inspection and monitor various equipment and areas throughout the construction site and coordinate repair, as necessary
- Assist with monitoring sprinkler/ fire alarm, conduct quarterly inspections and weekly fire pump runs
- Assist with picking up and transporting deliveries to site
- Process orders and maintain inventory for necessary office supplies, pantry, and toiletry
- Assist with monitoring and labeling of equipment in Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) areas.
- Request proposals from various vendors to support Howard Hughes offices and Fontainebleau Las Vegas job site
- This position may be assigned additional tasks and will be required to adhere to various tasks delegated and directed by leadership.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma
- Prefer one (1) year of professional experience in a construction environment
- Have and maintain a clean DMV record, will be required to operate company vehicle
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must display and maintain a sense of urgency regarding all construction site business.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job may indirectly supervise positions including but not limited to, constructions site coordinators, with the ability to hire and fire through progressive discipline.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
FB Dev Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The FB Dev Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, must be capable of lifting and/or moving a minimum 50 pounds. Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 100 pounds and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
