FRE Building Company has been a MetroWest developer for over 45 years. Having developed thousands of homes and condos throughout the community, Fafard has become a well-known and respected developer. We currently have developments in Holden, Holliston, Uxbridge and Bellingham with more in the permitting process

Position summary

We are looking for someone reliable with at least one year of experience and knowledge of the construction industry. Must be able to follow specific instructions and be willing to learn. This job does require some local travel.

Requirements

• Assisting heavy equipment operators on site
• Assisting site supers as directed on manual labor
• Working on site laying pipe and installing utilities
• Other labor and assistance as needed on site
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the day
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening
• Work year round

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
