The Contact Center Agent is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Contact Center Agent will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Contact Center Agent’s skills progress but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.

This is a fully remote position with equipment provided! Must be located in Louisiana.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer all incoming calls with approved scripting
• Be dependable, courteous, and like helping others
• Enter trip requests with accuracy
• Ability to navigate through multiple screens
• Proficient in online map systems
• Provide exceptional quality of service and assist all customers
• Answer all inquiry calls and research customer concerns
• Check eligibility for potential passengers and provide general information on services
• Stay current on all service policies, procedures, and training updates

What You’ll need:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
• Type (alpha numeric) 33 words per minute

Even better if you have...

• Six months of call center experience, preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus
• Exceptional computer navigational skills
• Computer experience required, including the ability to learn new computer programs
• Knowledge of the geographical area
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem-solving skills

Salary Range:

Salary Min: $16/HR

Salary Max: $16/HR
