This is an entry-level sales position that offers on-the-job paid training along with other perks and incentives. While prior contact center experience isn't required, experience in call center sales, retention or inside sales is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely and professional manner. Focus on customer retention and up-sell products and services, we specialize in One Call Resolution
• Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
• Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
• Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer
• Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies, and procedure

What you need to get started:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Pass Criminal Background
• A minimum of 1yr sales, customer retention and/or call center experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Engaging interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learning
• Positive mindset

Work at Home Requirements:

• Your must have your own Windows 10 or 11 PC (Chromebook, Tablets, Smartphones, and Mac PCs are not compatible).
• You must have your own Fast Internet Service (Wi-Fi and Hot-Spot are not compatible).
• You must have your own USB Headset.
• You must have a distraction free environment work area.
