JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re on the fast track and looking for someone to jump on board our multicultural marketing team. In short, we're looking for a Content Creator – Strategist that will help with the planning and execution of client marketing strategies. This includes conducting research, creating marketing content, analyzing metrics, and supporting daily digital marketing operational needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously handling client communication, monthly client check-in and strategy meetings, executing on monthly deliverables and requests.
- Content development: Develop financial literacy, consumer, and industry leadership content for brands in the housing and financial space. Develop content from concept and direct a graphic designer on a schedule to deliver monthly content to various clients.
- Educational webinar presentations: Build webinar decks for multiple presentations monthly on topics like social media best practices, multicultural marketing, leadership and development, and diversity and inclusion. Work with clients to build a webinar calendar based on their needs and preferences.
- Strategic consulting: Assess a client’s marketing and digital presence to make recommendations on building a DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) strategy, collaborating with the Cultural Outreach on a detailed report and presentation covering findings.
- Coordinates or assists with special projects as needed.
- Primarily responsible for creating, managing and maintaining a marketing content calendar for multiple clients.
- Participates in digital marketing strategy and planning for multiple clients throughout a variety of industries.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 -3+ year’s experience in marketing for an organization required, agency or mortgage experience preferred.
- 1+ year’s experience in digital marketing a plus.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, business or a related field highly desired.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and follow strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Knowledge of overall digital marketing techniques and principles preferred.
- Knowledge of ASANA, CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
- Able to adapt to changes in workflow and business priorities with ease.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
