The Content Management Specialist is responsible for the visual execution of best-in-class business presentations for customer business reviews and prospecting presentations. The Specialist will develop a library of slides and presentations that can be used by Business Development, Solutions, Operations and the Vertical teams for sales meetings and customer quarterly business reviews (QBRs). In addition the specialist will also maintain the Company’s proposal content database management tool (Qvidian) which includes soliciting updates from subject matter experts across all three business units, editing the content and updating the database.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage directly and at times one on one with senior executives to provide feedback, advice and guidance on how to improve messaging and presentation materials for customers
  • Lead reviews via conference call or in-person meeting or a combination of both on the messaging and presentation materials to go in front of customers and prospects
  • Uses Microsoft PowerPoint to create powerful presentations that convey the desired messaging and company branding in a visually compelling way for sales meeting and prospect engagements.
  • Meets with stakeholders to evaluate, conceptualize and determine presentation solutions to convey complex messaging and to best position the company
  • Conceptualizes and creates story lines, story boards and original graphic content for slides integrating icons, complex graphics, motion, colors
  • Maintains communication with stakeholders and provides prompt advice to requests, in service of conveying concise, clear, and timely selective information
  • Advises others on how to improve presentations and messaging
  • Review and make recommendations on Board of Director’s reports which include highly confidential content.
  • Catalogs and posts presentations to Salesforce.com and Ozone for use by others
  • Proofreads materials and edits presentations created by others to improve messaging and visual appearance
  • Gathers information from content owners for updates to the Qvidian content management system, but will not be responsible for putting together proposals
  • Conduct training on giving presentations and presentation methods in the US and internationally
  • Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in graphics, communications or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience and/or training in graphics using PowerPoint; or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Must be proficient in Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to engage with senior executives professionally and confidently to guide, and direct for improving communications and messaging to customers where he/she acts as the Executive Sponsor
  • Exceptional skills for writing and creating presentations conveying complex business information and messaging with superb attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both digital and print media
  • Ability to quickly improvise designs and creative solutions with varying amounts of existing assets
  • Able to manage concurrent projects and meet aggressive deadlines while working independently
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to effectively manage a project and work both independently and as a team member
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals


Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
