DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns using an Enterprise ESP, CRM solution, and internal tools. Campaigns may include a combination of A/B tests, audience splits, and dynamic personalization using 3rd party tools.
- Build audience targeting drawing from multiple databases using SQL queries and/or CDP
- Create or enhance existing HTML for mobile-responsive emails through adjustments via HTML, CSS, and/or AmpScript
- Collaborate with external operations teams to include the creation of technical campaign briefs, troubleshooting, and QA’ing email builds
- Support email leads by pulling initial sizing of audience segments to help finalize campaign targeting specs
- Execute the deployment process outlined by operations lead to ensure campaign launches are on-time and error-free
- Work closely with email leads and/or operations lead to ensure correct segmentation codes and labeling are applied to campaigns to power required analytics
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one to three years related experience in a position that utilized email and QA related technologies
- Knowledge and functional experience working within an ESP platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Intermediate proficiency with HTML, CSS, and AmpScript or other personalization languages
- Intermediate experience building dynamic personalization for audience segments
- Experience working with SQL, relational databases, query tools, or customer data platforms
- Experience learning and applying new technologies
- Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP (Customer Data Platform) or similar a plus, but not required
- Experience with ticket management and project management tools (Jira) a plus, but not required
- Experience updating and editing images in Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform basic data reporting and analysis
- Passion for the video game industry, familiarity with Nintendo Switch software, and the My Nintendo loyalty program a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

This contract position has a base pay range of $26.00 - $36.00 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year.
