Contract Management Specialist-Healthcare Technology SolutionsWe are seeking a consultative problem-solver to drive the delivery of products and services within our Healthcare Solutions business, with a primary focus on payer and provider claims technologies.
We are looking for a key player with deep expertise in the healthcare space, who will be tasked with leading contract negotiations at our major accounts.

Responsibilities:
Driving the production of Services contract documents (Statements of Work, Project Change Requests) to completion, coordinating the work and inputs provided by multiple teams contributing content to those documents.
Distinguishing nature of sales opportunity and engaging the relevant delivery teams (i.e., Consulting practices, Hosting, BPO).
Overseeing contract development activities amongst delivery teams engaged for each sales opportunity and gathering cost and effort information from engaged delivery teams and consolidating into an integrated financial model.
Owning the contract documents throughout the sales cycle.
Serving as a single point of contact and being accountable for delivering a reviewed and approved contract document to the sales opportunity owner for presentation to and negotiation with the customer.
Providing mentoring and acting as a role model to other team members with the Contract Administration team.
Administrating and supporting all required iterations of the contract document through completion, maintaining ownership of the contract document throughout the process.
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to contract associates, senior associates and managers on contract processes and best practices. Approving contracts for teammates and watermarking executable contracts.
Develop contracting workflow process improvement and develop job aids.
Develop reports on contracting operations and performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Technology Management or Law required. PMP Certification preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of three years' related experience to include one year of experience in preparing proposals, Statements of Work and/or Project Change Requests.
Technical Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good understanding of the Sales lifecycle as applicable to selling software implementation and operations solutions.
Understanding of the methodologies employed in implementing and operating enterprise software-based solutions.
Ability to integrate information from multiple sources into a single, clearly articulated business document.
Behavioral Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as facilitation skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently with a strong attention to detail.
Minimum of five years related experience in the healthcare industry, IT consulting, hosting and ITO knowledge,
Extensive experience in the insurance payer market.
Extensive expertise in contract and bid management for large product and services offerings in the healthcare technology space.
Subject matter expertise in TriZetto products and services Knowledge of TZ QNXT and/or Facets
Demonstrating extensive financial analytical capabilities including TCO, ROI and VSOE analysis.
Location: Remote with travel as needed.
