Job description
Responsibilities:1. Manage the sourcing for key technical and non-technical talent at all levels.
2. Extract necessary information from the business to build a profile to hunt and engage talent prospects
3. Build, grow, and nurture talent pipelines in our CRM tool, ICIMS
4. Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
5. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, HireEZ, and alternative search techniques through Google, Bing, etc)
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience leveraging sourcing tools, including Boolean strings, x-ray search, chrome extensions, email scraping tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more
2. 3+ years of experience sourcing full-time technical and non-technical positions
3. 3+ years of experience leveraging a candidate relationship management (CRM) tool to source talent, send email campaigns and build/nurture talent pipelines
4. Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail).
