As a Maestro, you will be an ambassador for Converse customization and Brand. You will achieve this through the delivery of premium service and by creating a unique, personal and customized experience for consumers. You will be helping customers to design their own sneakers, tees, hoodies, bags, notebooks and other customized products.
Service customers by identifying their personalization needs, scheduling design appointments, following-up on orders and general clientele management. Create loyal customers through commitment to service and product knowledge.
- Proficient in utilizing computer software programs to include photoshop & illustrator
- Ability to effectively help consumers translate their design vision into unique customized product
- Ability to understand the customers specific needs with knowledge of style, product, design and current trends
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong organization skills
