At Kuleana Rum Works, our Mission is, “To discover, make, and share delicious rum and celebrate the richness of Hawaii in everything we do.” We accomplish this by growing and juicing Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane on our farm in Hawi; distilling our Kō into Rum Agricole and blending delicious rums from around the world at our Kawaihae distillery. We then bring it all to life through our craft bar and food program at the Kuleana Rum Shack in Waikoloa. We’re producing world-class rums and creating the islands’ best cocktails and food while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

Cook/Prep Cook PAY:

• $17-$19/hour depending on experience
• Tips paid via payroll, based on hours worked

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Willing to train those who are willing to learn.
