Job description
To cultivate brand love and can love, we engage new and existing consumers through Red Bull's evolving product and media content portfolios. Our goal is to reach more users and audiences by leveraging strategies across the World of Red Bull (Brand, Sports, Culture, Sales, and Media House). We take a deep-dive approach to consumer segments by consumption occasion, target, audience, and field marketing opportunity. Our dialogs are reactive, responding to daily inquiries received through our website or posted on social media.

You will use powerful Red Bull assets to support and execute targeted consumer initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT

    Craft responses to consumer inquiries in the voice of Red Bull, bringing the brand to life while satisfying the consumer's request

    Prioritize inquiries received through the official inquiry Web page, and then engage with consumers through social channels

    Support campaigns as assigned

    Contribute to plans that optimize 1:1 engagement opportunities

    Adapt important insights to evolve best practices for consumer interactions

  • OPERATIONS

    Maintain content asset library with updates to always provide the most up-to-date and inspiring content to consumers with each engagement

    Provide sales leads to the on and off premise teams

    Contribute to a fun and positive work environment

  • REPORTING

    Self-measure number of engagements with all platforms (redbull.com / Zendesk/ Social Channels)

    Gather weekly consumer engagement feedback for manager review and apply important insights

    Compile quantitative recap and highlight qualitative engagement content for monthly reports

    Monitor and report trending inquiry topics to management

    Escalate sensitive inquiries to manager immediately

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years consumer engagement experience with proven track record of accomplishments
  • Strong people skills across consumers and colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail
  • Strong storyteller across a variety of audiences
  • Experience on social platforms a must with a grasp of the gen-z social landscape
  • Self-starter, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly committed, professional, and a great team player
  • Intuitive communicator, adaptable to broad consumer base
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and positive attitude
  • Past involvement with marketing programs and campaigns
  • Microsoft Office applications, Zendesk, and/or Sprinklr
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
  • English, additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 0-10%
