Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Event Presentation will assist the Director, Event Presentation & Entertainment with all content aspects for Marlins Home Games and Special Events.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure we have all content needed for each game/event
• Organize content in systems and script buttons
• Operate control room equipment on game days and select special events
• Working knowledge of Adobe suite with a concentration on Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Liaison between Event Presentation and Creative Services
• Collaborate in writing scripts and organizing engaging in-game activations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-2 years of event operations, production, or sports management experience
• Ability to manage, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work outside traditional office hours
• Highly motivated and self-driven

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:

• Degree in Sports Management, Video Production or Television Production
• A minimum of one-year experience in production of live events with the ability to provide a quick turnaround
• Working knowledge of MLB Rules and Regulations
• Experience using Ross Xpression and/or Daktronics Show Control is a plus
