Sports teams sell hundreds of millions of dollars each in sponsorships every year, with brands investing upwards of tens of millions or more across the globe. In a world that is now driven by analytics, there is more scrutiny than ever in where every dollar is spent and what a return on investment looks like.

Relo Metrics, a leader in sponsorship analytics, analyzes the earned media value that brands generate from their sponsorships across broadcast TV, social media and streaming platforms. Using technology-enabled analysis, we provide the most comprehensive, automated, and accurate measurement software to value sponsorships. Sports teams can provide a 360º view of how their sponsors get value across every digital medium, and brands can measure who drives their highest return on investment.

This is a full-time position that will report into the Customer Experience Team

What you'll do:

• Conceiving and executing campaigns, producing creative assets, and developing ideas for how Relo's value propositions and positioning comes to life
• You will partner across the company—with customer experience, product and technology professionals, customer success managers and more—to develop a deep understanding of our brands
• Need to leverage insights that solve strategic problems
• Evangelize for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results
• You will do everything from conceptualizing campaigns to reviewing creative work, serving as a strong voice, educator, and leader of others
• Ideal candidates can work flexibly and fluidly, build trust with others, and see the big picture while keeping an eye on every detail
• Concept and art direct, developing storyboards and comps
• Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure that all ideas are on brief
• Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
• Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills, both internally and externally

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Copywriter in agency or in-house environments; experience with sports and the sports marketing industry preferred
• Deep craft experience in your creative field with highly developed ability to develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work
• Experience developing ideas and assets across all platforms and channels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas in a compelling manner to build acceptance and support
• Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups, both internally and externally, in fast-paced environments with changing direction
• Interested in sports and/or sports marketing
