We are seeking a confident & experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Manager will oversee the Corporate Accounting Department, including reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the Corporate Accounting team. Additional duties include financial statement preparation for Corporate, Locations and Departments.

You will:

• Review journal entries
• Review balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare general ledger account analysis for P&L accounts
• Prepare variance analysis between actuals and forecast and budget on the overall Corporate level and by departments and locations.
• Assist in annual audit process with external auditors as well as responsible for preparing tax-related schedules for yearly tax returns
• Assist in drafting and implementing internal control policies and procedures for the department
• Liaison between Accounting, Finance, and Operations departments
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the Accounting staff
• Work in coordination with other Accounting department heads, the Finance department, and all department business leaders.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of Accounting, Finance, or related experience
• Experience with securitizations a plus
• Car rental industry experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Excel and Word-related skills
• Google Sheets and Google docs knowledge, a plus
