Pay Range: $60,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities

  • Be onsite at new dealership launches to help guide new teams and employees.

  • Host 2 new hire classes for finance team

  • Host 2 remedial skills classes for finance teams

  • Run CIT report, uncapped deals report for each store and notify teams of outstanding capping

  • Review the titles issues log and send the issues report to management

  • Host sales compliance training with all Client Advisors and Sales Managers

  • Check-in with team leads at all stores to identify training needs with the finance offices

Requirements

  • At least two years of on-the-job experience working in an Automotive Finance Department.

  • AFIP Certification.

  • Ability to read and understand credit bureaus

  • Ability to determine customer creditworthiness

  • Understanding of FTC compliance regulations
