Pay Range: $60,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities
Be onsite at new dealership launches to help guide new teams and employees.
Host 2 new hire classes for finance team
Host 2 remedial skills classes for finance teams
Run CIT report, uncapped deals report for each store and notify teams of outstanding capping
Review the titles issues log and send the issues report to management
Host sales compliance training with all Client Advisors and Sales Managers
Check-in with team leads at all stores to identify training needs with the finance offices
Requirements
At least two years of on-the-job experience working in an Automotive Finance Department.
AFIP Certification.
Ability to read and understand credit bureaus
Ability to determine customer creditworthiness
Understanding of FTC compliance regulations
