Job description
As a Corporate Sales Coordinator a candidate will be assisting with group leads, meetings and LNR inquiries, as well as assisting Sales team with agreements, room blocks, rooming lists, payments and communication with the Operations team to make sure clients are provided with exceptional service and their expectations are always exceeded.
The ideal Candidate is expected to have excellent time management and communication skills, to be proactive, self-motivated and detailed. This role requires the daily use of Opera and IHG applications.
· Answer telephone calls and respond to Client emails in a pleasant manner
· Assist in conducting Site Tours and provide Clients with detailed information about the property upon request
· Assist Sales team with all necessary administrative work in a timely manner
· Understand the Market and always make sure to provide high level of hospitality
· Complete other duties as assigned by the Corporate Director of Sales
· Ability to work independently and under pressure, respect of deadlines is a must
· Excellent professional image and attitude including punctuality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
