Family Intervention Crisis Services of Mifflin County – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS -- A social service agency that provides services within the child welfare system. We are currently hiring for multiple programs, Family Preservation, Family Reunification, and Independent Living. Each position offers flexibility in scheduling but does include nights and weekends as needed to meet the needs of families and youth. Within the agency there is a focus on self-growth and a team approach to foster support for one another and to offer effective interventions to our clients so they can make necessary changes. Staff are offered trauma informed specific training with opportunity for a clinical certification in some positions. Bachelor’s degree in social service field preferred but will consider experience as well. Services are provided in person at the agency, in the home, and/or at a placement location so you must live in Central Pennsylvania. All positions are salary, full-time positions and offer medical/dental/vision insurance (low cost to employee) as well as paid time off following a probationary period. We also offer a travel stipend for Counselor positions and a company vehicle for some positions. Signing bonus will be $2400 total, $1200 will be given in $100 increments for the first 12 months and then the additional $1200 at the end of the second year. A 401K is offered after one year of employment with a company match. Life insurance policy also offered.
