In this role on the Loss Prevention Team, you will be the eyes and ears on our Campus and for our stores. At the corporate office you will be monitoring activities, both indoors and outdoors, for any criminal activity, issues related to employee and guest safety, compliance with policy and procedures and participate in investigations as needed and for our stores you will provide alarm response as needed, assist with investigations and provide operational support.

Your Job:
- Managing ingress and egress of all employees, contractors and visitors and ensuring compliance with the Fossil Physical Security Policy and PCI requirements
- Utilizing video management tools to monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized entry into stores and facilities globally and following alarm response protocol
- Observing all areas (interior and exterior) of the campus to include perimeter doors, parking structure and delivery docks
- Conduct Investigations and audits as directed
- Vehicle Patrols
- Supporting Retail Loss Prevention through alarm management, keys and core management, investigations, known loss incidents and any other operational need of the business as directed by Loss Prevention management.

Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate or Customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of CCTV and/or Access Control is preferred
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Passion to deliver a world class customer experience
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
