Job Summary

Vertiv is seeking a CPQ Lead System Analyst to help support and deliver project assignments related to our Oracle CPQ implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Act as subject matter expert of configurator, commerce processes for new product, service sales and after market parts and service contract renewals. Should be able to maintain existing implementation and design new solutions for future projects.
• In a techno-functional role own, drive CPQ solutions by acting as liaison between product, service offering, sales operations, engineering managers and technical teams and deliver results.
• Responsible for writing and maintaining commerce, product, service sales configurators specification (Commerce rules, Items, BOMs, Configurator Rules, Pricing, Proposals, Submittals) and work with functional, development teams to drive and execute results.
• Responsible for validation of product configuration, pricing for accuracy and comply with specifications.
• Engage with key stakeholders across other applications to run and/or participate in end-to-end testing as needed.
• Collect business requirements in commerce (customer, pricing, approvals, proposals) and configuration areas, design and develop solutions. Hands on experience to build solutions is preferred.
• Act like owner of all project assignments, self-manage by working with various stakeholders in a highly cross functional and challenging environment.
• Own support work tickets to address production issues in CPQ area.

Requirements :

• At least 8+ years of experience working in CPQ IT or Product Management, Service or Sales IT.
• Experience in working with CRM, Oracle CPQ or other cloud based CPQ (Salesforce, FPX, SAP Variant, Oracle Fusion) or custom sales IT/CPQ solutions or vendor CPQ solutions like Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS configurator.
• Prefer hands on experience with building commerce rules, page layouts (JET UI), configurators using Oracle CPQ (or other CPQ), able to debug and identify root cause of production issues.
• Experience in designing, developing product configurator using ATO, PTO bill of materials with service options and good understanding of integrating with ERP systems.
• Hands on experience in maintain data tables/decision table for commerce functions and product configurators, BOM tables.
• Experience integrating CPQ to external application either using delivered methods or using middleware applications or web services.
• Hands on experience using SOAP, REST, JavaScript, CSS, Advanced Pricing Rules, Approval Routing, AJAX, Document Engine.
• Experience developing, participating in end-to-end validation by working with CPQ, ERP functional and technical teams.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, able to work independently. Ideal candidate comes with prior CPQ implementation experience.
• Experienced working in agile development environment
