All jobs have flexible hours from as little as 10 hours to 40 hours per week options, with flexible shifts.

Below are the jobs available:

Baker – starting at $10/Hr plus average $4/hr tip add-on based on experience and opening/closing availability (overall pay ranges between $13-$16/hr)

• Deliver genuine, authentic, and positive guest experiences, and service
• Provide hospitality towards all
• Cash management and order taking
• Work well in a team, and individual environment
• Mixing dough
• Balling dough
• Decorating cookies with frosting and more (easy to learn, and FUN)
• Running the register
• Preparing catering orders
• Clean as you go culture
• Stock bins
• Make necessary preparations for the day

Shift Lead Baker - starting at $11/Hr plus $4/hr tip add-on based on experience and opening/closing availability (overall pay ranges between $13-$16/hr)

• Focus on the preparation of high-quality food
• Focus on cleanliness and organization
• Work well in a team environment and leads with energy
• Know and adhere to Food Safety standards
• Develop relationships, new store leadership and serve the community with excellence
• Hold the team and themselves to proper training standards
• Responsible for direction on shifts and thinks clearly in stressful environments
• Overseeing store operations by leading by example
• Maintain a growth mindset that is proficient and willing to train others
