Overview
Oversee Quality Control program in three critical Children and Youth Services buildings. Maintain a 100% satisfaction rating.
Responsibilities
- This position requires that the employee read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
- Assure compliance with applicable OSHA standards, DOD, Army, Federal, state, and local safety and health requirements.
- Perform Quality control inspections and spot checks as per established Quality Control plan in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
- Develop Quality Control metrics to measure performance compliance.
- Perform trend analysis and prepare corrective action synopsis reports.
- Prepare quality control reports as required by the Performance Work Statement.
- Operate a computer and required software effectively and efficiently including typing, navigation, and interpretation of electronic data.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education. High school/GED
Experience. Experience in Quality Control and experience in custodial operations is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications. Valid driver’s license.
Other (e.g., post-offer drug screen, background check, driver’s license record, etc.). All employees must undergo a driver’s license record check; classified employees must pass a background check.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
- Experience in Quality Control and experience in custodial operations is preferred.

Rate of Pay: $16.20/hr. WDR
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 pm – 3:30 am.
