Custodian and Post-Game cleaning at Carter-Finley Stadium
Job description
A Plus Group has been in the Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Maintenance business for over 20 years! We've worked with Universities, Municipalities, and private entities alike. We take pride in our work and look to hire employees who do the same.
These are seasonal jobs, lasting throughout the Fall Football Season (September-December). There will be opportunities to work with us throughout the year at various sites and gain promotions for exceptional employees. Each shift will be approximately 6 hours a day, 1-2 days a week. Additional information on scheduling and dates will be given during interviews.
Available Positions:
Restroom and Concourse Attendant (During Games, 6 hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Make sure bathrooms are clean and stocked in preparation for pre-game festivities.
- Clean/mop floors as needed during the event.
- Keep restrooms stocked with the provided paper products and soap throughout the event.
- Keep sinks, toilets, and urinals clean and free of trash throughout the event.
- Keep floors free of all paper and waste throughout the event.
- Periodically check the stadium concourse outside of restrooms for debris.
- Empty any overflowing trash cans on the stadium concourse.
- Notify facilities office of any malfunction/emergencies during the event.
- Clean and lock restrooms post-game
Post-Game Stadium Cleaner (4-6 hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Pick up loose trash and empty trash cans along the stadium concourse.
- Use blower and/or pick up tools to gather trash and recycling in the stadium bowl.
- Place trash and/or recycling in appropriate bags
- Take trash and/or recycling to appropriate containers for disposal
Skills Required
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Pride in your work
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
