In this part-time position, the Cleaning Representative will be responsible for cleaning-related duties at our customer's place of business. In that role, you will interact with those customers and other McCann team members contributing to the highest level of security, trust and customer service.
Requirements: The following are job requirements:
Some experience of commercial janitorial cleaning
Be able to perform cleaning related duties
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; walk stairwells
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Work independently
Be comfortable arming and disarming security systems
Have own transportation with valid insurance
Successfully pass a background check

- Team Leader Position. Based out of our Parkville office. Monday through Friday after 5:00pm/3-4 hours per shift. (some Saturday work available). Company van is offered. Paid training. Provide cleaning, quality assurance inspections, delivery of cleaning supplies to the location, train new staff, oversee special cleaning requests from the customers. Traveling to various locations in Baltimore County, Harford County and surrounding areas are required.

- Evening custodial cleaning positions available in the following areas. Cleaning frequency vary between (3) - (5) nights per week, after 5:30pm. Current openings are in the downtown Canton area, Owings Mills, Bel Air and Abingdon Maryland. Perform cleaning services; wipe surfaces, dust, empty trash cans, wipe windows, vacuum carpet, mop floors, clean staircases, disinfect restrooms, replenish restroom paper goods, organize janitorial supply closets, keep equipment clean.
