POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for custodial duties at City facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Clean, buff, wax hard floors including operation of chariot floor cleaner.
2. Vacuum and clean carpets.
3. Trash disposal.
4. Dusting.
5. Clean restrooms and locker rooms.
6. Glass and window cleaning.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS:
Necessary:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess strong working knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and solutions.
• Must have current First Aid/CPR/AED or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

HOURS: Up to 28 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 - $19.63 per hour
