We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time remote position. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. Customer Account Managers develop strong relationships with customers. They also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Account Managers build relationship with all clients in specified region and are the liaison between the company and the customer.

• Address customers’ needs as quickly and effectively as possible to maintain strong relationships.

• Work across various departments to coordinate scheduling and execution to maintain the best possible outcome for the Customer

• Drive customer retention within area through CSAT and NPS.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, refunds, and escalations as the single point of contact for the customer while maintaining a positive relationship

• Clearly communicate to our customers the capabilities of Aptive’s products and services

• Serve as a leader of the account process to ensure Customer Satisfaction

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product

• Focus on growing and developing existing clients to generate incremental business.

• Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience required

Remote Requirements:

• Remote position at home (mandatory CAM training)

• Must provide a quiet work environment

• Internet speeds of 20 Mbps, consistent download speeds with jitter below 20 milliseconds
