Our fast-growing signs/graphics business is looking for a new teammate that will greet customers (in person, on the phone, and via email/web inquiry) with a smile and friendly demeanor where the customer knows that they are valued.

“A day in the life” is as follows:

-Provide warm, friendly customer service with a smile

-Leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding a solution to meet the needs of our customer

-Answer phone calls/web inquiries from current and potential customers, taking detailed notes in order for our team to be able to create an accurate estimate for their project

-Know the status (be able to look up) of any customer project when asked

-Review zoning rules in order to make sure that we are providing approved options to our customers.

-Learn our software so that once you are proficient, you can provide accurate estimates to our customers

-Schedule delivery/pick up/installation for customers

“Must Haves” in order to be selected to join our awesome team:

-Have a neat/tidy and professional appearance. You never get another chance to make a first impression, so a professional appearance is a MUST. Business casual attire is required.

-Be FRIENDLY and have that come through in your communication (both written and verbal). We believe in building relationships with our customers, not just slinging signs for them. We want them to know that we care about them and the success of their business.

-Work history of working with customers and managing multiple projects at a time (experience in the sign industry is a bonus, but not required).

-Be able and willing to learn multiple skills to help the team meet our goals and customer deadlines. In other words, there is no “that’s not my job” mentality here.

-Have proficient skills in basic computer programs such as MS Office, Excel, etc. (Being familiar with Adobe Suite design software would be amazing!)

-Pass a drug test and a criminal background test

-We rise and fall together, so you must be a true team player!

This position is full-time, Monday -Friday from 8 am-5 pm at our Gordon Road location. There is no option for remote work. We offer competitive compensation and 8 paid holidays/year.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
