At this time, we are seeking a Customer Accounting Representative to join our organization. The Customer Accounting Representative is the financial face of the business to our customers. This position handles onboarding of new customers, including initial account setup, collection of payment information, explanation of terms and billing/remittance practices, and training customers how to read and utilize account statements and other reports.

The ideal candidate will be:

• professional and personable
• comfortable with addressing small groups
• an articulate speaker
• Familiar with webinar software, QuickBooks, and Excel

Basic requirements:

• Background of 3-5 years in accounting
• Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Exacting attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, skill to know how to proceed when faced with "Y in the Road" situations.

The typical work week should be 40-45 hours, with some flexibility for busier times. Pay is commensurate with knowledge, skills, education and ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
