We are looking for a Customer Call Executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, striving to effectively address their every need.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
- Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
- Associates/Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Self-motivated individual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
