Required qualifications, skills and experience
In this position you will:
- Enjoy fast-paced days connecting with customers by phone via inbound calls.
- Deliver first class customer experiences answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing information in response to concerns and requests.
- Educate customers on current product features, service offerings, and overall product value.
- Demonstrate patience and understanding with customers to assist with their various needs.
- Handle consumer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve consumer issues with one call resolution.
- Meet and exceed all metrics as required by the client, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service and schedule adherence.
- Offer alternative solutions when appropriate with the objective of retaining customers' business.
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be noise/distraction free environment
- Desk and Ergonomic chair.
