The Customer Experience Representative cultivates and maintains ongoing customer relationships. Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Ensures that the customers receive the best service possible through all channels of communication. Has the ability to multitask, ability to handle phone calls, and additional assigned administrative duties.

What is a day in the life at Flagship as a Customer Experience Representative?
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computerized system
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist customers in completing the loan application process
  • Recognize, document, and alert the Supervisor of trends in customer calls
  • Recommend process improvements
About you:
  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: AA/AS degree, Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Required: 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 1+ years of related auto finance experience in subprime lending.
  • Proficient in Internet search tools, e-mail, and Microsoft office products.
  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; supports everyone's efforts to succeed
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment and manages competing demands
  • Is punctual and dependable; follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments and completes tasks on time
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail. Problem analysis and problem resolution
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions
  • Ability to write clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information
  • Available to work a flexible work schedule.
